PGL 2019

Year 6 had an AMAZING week at Beam House, in North Devon. The children took part in a wide range of activities, including surfing, archery, quad biking, fencing, abseiling, zip wire, the muddy challenge course and the sensory trail. Year 6 thought carefully about our school value and displayed great perseverance when participating in these activities. With the support of their peers, many children confronted their fears. The evening activities included Ambush, Robot Wars and a games night, all of which involved a lot of laughter and fun. Between activities, the children loved singing the wonderful PGL songs such as ‘Crazy Moose’, ‘The 7Up song’ and ‘Moose, Alpaca, Moose, Moose, Alpaca, Unicorn’. The Year 6 children are still singing these songs back at school and continue to share their memories of the residential. Even though the sun didn't shine everyday, we still had a wonderful time. You will find some more photographs of our visit on our residentials page:
