On Tuesday 30th January, the children participated in 'STAY SAFE! Workshops' created by Richard Pomfrett. It was a pleasure working with Richard and the Year 5/6 children were taught a huge amount of information, including 3 key ways to stay safe online.
Zip It: Keep all personal information to yourself.
Block it: Stop someone you don’t know from contacting you again.
Flag it: Make sure a trusted adult knows, so they can help.
Oak class thoroughly enjoyed the day and some Year 5 pupils managed E-safety stalls to share at the parent workshop, further promoting the message.
